Ben, our naturalist guide, was fantastic every step of the way. He called me the day before to go over all the details, which was very nice. We ended up meeting the group since our hotel was out of the pick-up area, but we kinda preferred that anyways. The group met us right on time and were very welcoming.
We started with a nature hike in the Everglades. We were lucky to have Ben there to describe the ecosystem, flora and fauna. I’m a certified interpretive naturalist with a Masters degree in community ecology, so I’m a lil picky about guides. Ben was great!! Let my 7 year old daughter hold a giant grasshopper and eat sawgrass. Even went and got her a jr ranger book from the shop for us!
They provided insulated water bottles, lots of cold water, fizzy drinks and snacks for us. Really a nice touch and made the experience comfortable in the heat.
Then we got to go on the air boat ride - what we looked forward to most!! Elvis was our captain (Ben didn’t fit on boat). He was awesome!!! Great boat ride through the grasses and got to see several female alligators protecting their nests. Elvis knew just what to do to safely engage the wildlife so we all got a great view and filled us with info. We visited a former home on an island where we got to meet a HUGE alligator named Mama. Elvis and her are homies so she came to him and showed us all her glory! Such an awesome trip. Worth every penny.

Fantastic Everglades Tour The tour was great! I appreciated all you did to arrange to get me from the ship to meet the group and then to my hotel after the tour. It appeared I was the only one who had to do that in our group and I so appreciated your accommodating me. I am thankful I was able to do something fun today while waiting for my hotel room to be ready. Now I only have to wait one hour instead of all day.
I have been to Florida many times but never to the Everglades. Lindsay was very informative and the tour was very interesting. We were able to see and learn about lots of things - birds, alligators, flowers, fauna, history etc. She was very friendly and helpful to everyone, learned everyone's names and took great care of us. It was also nice that she had snacks and drinks for us and even a water bottle. The driver was also very friendly and a safe driver. I’m disappointed I can’t remember his name to give him kudos too. :(
I am a travel advisor so I will definitely recommend your company to others and to any clients that I have coming to Miami. I was specially impressed by your communication with me throughout the entire trip. Not all excursion companies provide that level of service!

Awesome Experience for Middle School group We took 30 middle school students and 4 chaperones to Homestead, Florida and Key West for 5 days! Tammy and Ryan were with us the entire trip while Stacy and Elijah joined us a couple of times. Great day! Enoch was a great guide very knowledgeable. The only downside was that the tickets through TripAdvisor said to meet at 7:30 but they didn’t come until 8:30. Also weren’t notified it was off season and they wouldn’t be picking up at alternate locations. read more
